Caitie is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with almost two decades of extensive experience working with clients of all ages and abilities, from professional athletes to beginners, and youth through super seniors. Caitie’s focus is on functional strength and movement training in order to improve every day quality of life and performance. Caitie has worked in various settings including multiple universities, high schools, and private training facilities coaching teams, training private clients/patients in fitness and/or rehabilitation, and teaching classes at the university level.

Having been an athlete most of her life, Caitie experienced success in Collegiate track and field, qualifying for nationals 11 times between the 100m Dash, 200m Dash, 4x100m Relay and 4x400m Relay, as well as becoming a 4-time All-American. She also placed 6th in Division I at the Wisconsin State meet her senior year of High School in the 200m Dash.
Caitie meets each client where they are and offers highly individualized training to meet whatever goals the client may have. Caitie’s favorite part of her job is getting to know her clients and seeing them achieve feats they never thought possible. She enjoys making each client feel good about themselves and showing them what they are capable of.

Outside of work, Caitie stays very busy with her two young and energetic children, Stella and Bodie.
